We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and all other primary operational functions. This includes identifying, weighing, and moving products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
Key responsibilities include preparing the shipping and processing station, stacking and restacking pallets, scanning and labeling boxes in preparation for shipping, packing, taping, and securing boxes for shipping, processing shipments, and arranging for special product shipping with the shipping provider. You will also demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
