We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Small Engine Technician to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our Service Center team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' outdoor power equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair outdoor small engine products, including chainsaws, snow blowers, riding mowers, UTVs, and ATVs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed.
- Assist customers with warranty claims.
- Maintain equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
