What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at Blain's Farm & Fleet?
We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot
- Loading purchases into customer vehicles
- Monitoring and cleaning the parking lot and cart area
- Scrubbing clean and maintaining facility floors and restrooms
- Providing facility maintenance
- Assisting in other departments as assigned
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, prior retail experience, and the ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. You'll also need to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
We offer a competitive salary, including base pay up to $15.00/hr with annual performance-based merit raises, and Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr.
