Job Duties
- Assist store operations with supervision, training, and support of front-end store personnel, focusing on procedure compliance and improving customer service
- Provide policy and procedure support and training for front-end store operations
- Respond to customer service complaints regarding front-end store operations
- Develop and maintain procedure and policy documentation for front-end store operations
- Provide in-store front-end training and support for new store openings
- Train all cashier functions, including customer service and sales
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
- Assist with intra and inter-department projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Attend Grand Opening events and assist as needed
Qualifications
- Three to five years of retail experience required
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks
