What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant position at Blain's Farm & Fleet?
Blain's Farm & Fleet is a family-owned retailer dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience. As a Maintenance Associate, you'll be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Your duties may include:
- Loading purchases into customer vehicles
- Monitoring and cleaning the parking lot and cart area
- Scrubbing clean and maintaining facility floors and restrooms
- Providing facility maintenance
- Assisting in other departments as assigned
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you should possess great communication skills, prior retail experience, and the ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. You'll also need to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
