Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is up to $15.25, with opportunities for annual performance-based merit raises.*

Job Duties:
The Retail Operations Manager would be responsible for reconciling cash register receipts and preparing bank transactions. This role would also involve monitoring, correcting, and submitting payroll information, as well as performing all duties of a Retail Cashier, Customer Care Desk Clerk, and other assigned tasks to ensure an efficient and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Filling registers with change
- Balancing the store safe
- Transporting reserve money to and from the bank
- Reconciling reserve money
- Ordering and maintaining store office supplies
- Balancing DNR receipts
- Completing and filing required paperwork
- Managing Gift Registry and assisting customers
- Helping in other departments as assigned
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have great communication skills, prior retail experience, and be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. You must also be able to pass a background check.

Salary : $15
