**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Small Engine Technician to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our Small Engine Service Center, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of services and duties related to the repair and maintenance of outdoor small engine products.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, assemble, and repair various outdoor small engine products sold at Blain's Farm & Fleet, including chainsaws, snow blowers, riding mowers, UTVs & ATVs
Provide exceptional customer service interactions
Order, receive, and stock small engine parts
Assist customers with warranty claims
Assist in the Service Center as assigned
Maintain store facility and equipment (such as forklifts and lawn mowers)
Requirements
You must be able to learn to use our Part Smart website to find replacement small engine parts
Be 18 years of age or older
Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
Be available to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
Prior automotive maintenance experience
Prior customer service experience
Prior retail experience
Excellent communication skills
