Compensation
- Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay at $2.50 per hour.
- Base pay up to $15.25/hour with annual performance-based merit raises.

We consider minimum requirements, training and experience, work location, required travel, and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.
Job Duties
The Stocking Crew Associate is responsible for distributing merchandise to the right areas and assisting in putting merchandise on shelves. Additional job duties include:
- Assisting in unloading freight and Blain trucks.
- Distributing merchandise to departments.
- Assisting in stocking merchandise in various departments.
- Assisting in returning merchandise to appropriate areas in the warehouse.
- Breaking down all cartons, removing packaging, and taking it to the recycling area.
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting in other departments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
- Able to pass a background check.
