Job Description:
In this role, you will participate in our Retail Management Training Program, which includes:
- Hands-on training in all areas of store operation
- Shadowing and learning from experienced Store Managers
- Learning about progressive disciplinary and performance improvement procedures
- Communicating effectively with store associates and management
- Fulfilling duties of various store-level associate positions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A valid driver's license
