Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and review financial statements
- Work directly with partners and clients for smooth and transparent relationships
- Lead and manage account managers and bookkeepers within your group
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reports
- Ensure the accuracy of all work generated in your group
- Handle client requests
- Monthly commission schedules
- Cash flow management
- Year-end tax packages
Qualifications:.
- QuickBooks, Datafaction, MS Office
- ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review and prepare financial statements
- Must be able to identify insurance exposure and take action informing the appropriate departments
- Ability to read and record brokerage statements and new investments
- Interact with clients and vendors
- Ability to prioritize and delegate workload
- Good leadership and organizational skills

Experience:

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
