We are a National Business Management Firm looking for a leader in the entertainment/music industry. We love what we do and the people who work with us. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and review financial statements
  • Work directly with partners and clients for smooth and transparent relationships
  • Lead and manage account managers and bookkeepers within your group
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of all work generated in your group
  • Handle client requests
  • Monthly commission schedules
  • Cash flow management
  • Year-end tax packages

Qualifications:.

  • QuickBooks, Datafaction, MS Office
  • ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to review and prepare financial statements
  • Must be able to identify insurance exposure and take action informing the appropriate departments
  • Ability to read and record brokerage statements and new investments
  • Interact with clients and vendors
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate workload
  • Good leadership and organizational skills

Experience:

  • 5-7 years prior experience in Entertainment Business Management(Required)
  • Datafaction and QuickBooks, MS Office
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Los Angeles,

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
