RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Management using accrual and cash-based accounting principles
- GL, bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P, daily, monthly, and year-end reports
- Process payroll and calculate and distribute service charges, tips, and gratuities
- Track food and beverage inventory, physically and financially to calculate COGS
- Monitor cash flow and credit card management
- Work with auditors and management for all tax and compliance needs
- Strength in filing business licenses, sales tax, and other regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS;
- Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, with hospitality or restaurant experience
- QuickBooks, Excel, and POS system experience
- Familiar with occupancy taxes, service charge distribution, and F&B inventory management
- Know CA wage and labor laws
- Like working with a collaborative team that will let you run your side of the business
