We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine MN. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Parts Distribution Center in St. Paul, MN. This position is responsible for daily warehouse shipping and receiving team operations. Responsibilities include unloading and checking in freight, processing receipts, staging backorders, put away stock, pull parts for shipping and delivery. In addition, this position will assist with cycle counting and organizing product lines when needed.
SHIFT:
1st Shift, Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm

The essential duties include:
- Unload / load trucks and check in parcel shipments, verify shipments and report damage and discrepancies.
- Print receiving paperwork, check in stock and process receipts
- Stage customer and interbranch backorders
- Put away stock, organize by part number and product lines in proper bin locations
- Pull parts for customer orders and intercompany orders.
- Expedite outbound UPS, SpeeDee, and Fed-Ex, and local courier small package shipments.
- Expedite LTL shipments utilizing freight broker websites.
- Assist will call customers.
- Assist parts runners.
- Help with organization of warehouse
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory

Physical Requirements:
At Blaine Brothers Maintenance, an employee in the Warehouse position, pulls/stock, restocks, loads/unloads, moves and delivers parts to departments within Blaine Brothers or over the road delivery to customers. Move products with forklift, pallet jack and other specialty equipment. They need the ability to walk/bend/push and pull product or equipment frequently. Firm grip and handling of product is also frequent. Product may need to be delivered to customer and this involves driving truck to and from Blaine Brothers Maintenance.
