Duties
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.

- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and vendor management.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain calendars for staff, ensuring efficient time management.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and clerical duties.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Experience in calendar management is highly desirable.
