THIS POSITION
We are seeking a talented Revit Designer to join our growing team! As a Revit Designer, you will support senior engineers in the preparation of construction documents and assist in the design and planning of infrastructure projects. You’ll help ensure that we deliver accurate, high-quality projects to our diverse portfolio of clients.
To be considered, you should have a bachelor’s in architecture or related field, or relevant work experience using Autodesk Revit /AutoCAD Civil 3D. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior engineers in the preparation of project management plans and prepare and deliver project requirements.
- Prepare, modify, QC drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
- Request and review as-builts
- Perform site visits to review conditions and gather data
- Review existing ADA conditions to ensure compliance
- Communicate with subconsultants, and vendors to integrate information into project activities and deliverables
- Assist project manager and senior engineers in reviewing and responding to submittals, and inquiries from clients
- Work with a high degree of problem solving and critical thinking with little supervision
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of industry experience
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant software such as MicroStation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
LOCATION
- This position is located in Clovis, CA and requires off-site meetings or job site visits.
