A well-established and successful automotive dealership group is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Blair County!
Job Duties
Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.
Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements
Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Attention to details and strong organizational skills
Must have valid drivers license
