Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, Administer, and Document Medications: You will be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications for our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain Resident Records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medications, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Create a Caring Environment: You will help create a caring and compassionate environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our residents.
- Follow Health Campus Policies: You will adhere to our health campus policies and procedures regarding medication disposal and other important aspects of your role.
Requirements
- Certified License: You must hold a Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
- Experience: Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred but not required.
- Education: You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
