Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and document medications for residents
- Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
- Examine and identify medications brought into the health campus by new residents, in collaboration with the attending physician, facility pharmacy, or pharmacist
- Contribute to creating a caring and compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care settings (preferred)
