Blaire House of Tewksbury is a 131-bed skilled nursing center. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Sub-acute Care, and Alzheimer's Specialty Care. Our campus also hosts an Assisted Living Facility and Senior Transportation.

Blaire House of Tewksbury is seeking an energetic Staff Development Coordinator Nurse to uphold our high standards for senior care!

Job Summary:

The Staff Development Coordinator is a supervisory position responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff, focusing on maintaining clinical competency, updating knowledge on best practices, and ensuring staff are adequately trained to deliver safe and quality patient care. Key responsibilities include needs assessment, curriculum development, delivering in-service training, facilitating orientation for new nurses, and collaborating with unit leaders to identify and address training gaps.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited, approved school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners is required.

Training and Experience: At least one year of nursing experience.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
