Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team!
*SCHEDULE INCLUDES SOME EVENING AND WEEKENDS, 5-DAY WORK WEEK*
A Day in the Life of a Finance Assistant (but not limited to):

Assist sales staff and managers in preparing paperwork, contracts, etc. for customers.

Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines

Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.

Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements
-
Prepares state title work for submission to PA and prepare out of state paperwork for submission

Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required

Excellent verbal/written communication skills
-
Attention to details and strong organizational skills

Must have valid driver’s license
