Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prominent tasks: Parts receiving, transfer, staging, ordering, returns, storage, and adjustments
- Key responsibilities: Maintain service truck inventory and monthly PM parts scheduling and organizing
- Ongoing tasks: Researching specialty parts, researching and pricing parts for return trips, processing Vend or Warranty claims
- Supportive roles: Assisting Office Manager with part pickup and delivery to job sites, assisting with quoting jobs, obtaining POS for material and service, reviewing and entering service tech time for our ERP System
Requirements:
- Essential experiences: 3 years in a warehouse & parts support role, 3 years of forklift experience
- Key skills: Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and Word; excellent verbal & written communication skills; able to work independently and as a team player
- Fundamental abilities: Detail-oriented, organized, & able to multitask; self-starter in a high-paced work environment; work within established procedures and meet deadlines
