We take the time to properly educate all our employees. Whether it is customer service training or learning new technical skills, promoting continued education through our in-house training program is especially important. As technology in our industry changes, we must adapt and refine our skills to help give our customers the best service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer calls and assign the technicians to each service appointment.
• Answering calls, scheduling appointments and reporting.
• Meet goals by prioritizing the most urgent calls and getting the right technician to the right calls.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting Ellington
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.

Requirements:

• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Ability to work alternating weekends
• Ability to multitask
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
