ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a bilingual Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Ettestad Insurance Agency, Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As a Spanish-speaker you will be able to assist and underserved market in our region. You improve the lives of your customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Contact leads and prospects to schedule insurance appointments.

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must speak Spanish fluently.

Must be able to obtain insurance licensing within first 90 days.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
