What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Technician position at Blake Fulenwider CJDR - Snyder?
If you can commit to and live with the following principles, then you are the type of person who will be successful and help our company thrive. If you feel this level of engagement is not right for you or that you’re not willing or able to participate with us at this level, we are not a good fit for you.
Our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you are going to do and be accountable for your actions. This is The Fulenwider Way, how we conduct our business.
We understand that not every person is ready for this level of performance, and we appreciate the honesty of those who decide this is not the right place for them. On the other hand, you would make an ideal candidate to join our team if you are willing to commit to the following:
BE EXPERT in your field
- We master our craft and constantly improve
- We train hard—factory training/certification is required
- We fix the system, not the symptom
BE NICE
- We go BIG—Begin in Gratitude
- We follow the 20-foot rule
- We say please, thank you, and you’re welcome
- We lead and never point directions
- We give living room treatment—especially to our teammates and their families
- We communicate—call/email/text people back
DO the RIGHT thing without respect to profit
- We give customers and others the benefit of the doubt—we put ourselves in their shoes and feel their inconvenience
- We don’t let profit or loss determine how we care for a customer
- We don’t let outsiders (like manufacturers and banks) determine how we treat OUR customers
- We fix problems quickly, because that makes the happiest customers
