Garden Center Supervisor Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Garden Center Supervisor at Blake Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the garden center, including plant care, customer sales, and inventory management.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of garden center staff
- Oversee plant care and customer sales
- Assist with inventory management
- Gain knowledge of Montana native and cold hardy plants
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with plants and customers in nursery setting
- Self-motivated and able to problem-solve
- Able to connect with people effectively and work well with others
- Proficient with a point of sale system, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Proficient with social media
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
