We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Horticulture Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of plant care, and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in plant care and customer sales
- Assist with inventory management
- Gain firsthand knowledge of Montana native and cold hardy plants
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with plants in a nursery setting
- Self-motivated and able to problem-solve
- Able to connect with people effectively and work well with others
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
