We are seeking a motivated Warehouse and Service Parts Support person for our Winston, GA, Branch office.
Warehouse & Service Parts Support Duties:
- Receiving and transferring parts
- Arranging parts per customer/tickets - Staging
- Ordering parts
- Processing service parts returns, storage, and adjustments
- Maintaining service truck inventory
- Scheduling and organizing monthly PM parts
- Researching specialty parts
- Pricing parts for return trips
- Processing Vend or Warranty claims
- Confirming and sending transfers and packing slips
- Assisting with part pickup and delivery to job sites
- Assisting with quoting jobs
- Obtaining POS for material and service
- Reviewing and entering service tech time for our ERP System- P21
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in warehouse & parts support role
- 3 years of forklift experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and Word
- Able to understand work-related documents, including operator & parts manuals, standard work instructions, technical standards, and work processes
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Detail-oriented, organized, & able to multitask
- A self-starter in a high-paced work environment
- Work within established procedures and meet deadlines
