Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill (BOCM) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to a variety of print and digital design projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Manager to produce high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to flyers, large-format signage, email newsletters, menus, billboards, apparel, coupons, social media graphics, presentations, and website media.
- Prepare print files for pre-press, ensuring proper color management, bleed, trim, and resolution requirements.
- Maintain and organize cloud-based creative assets, including photo libraries, design templates, fonts, logos, and brand guidelines, ensuring seamless accessibility and collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient access to and utilization of creative resources.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and pre-press production to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dropbox, and macOS.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Portfolio showcasing past work that demonstrates creativity, style, and technical expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
