80,000 - $100,000 First Year

Responsibilities :

Competitive and eager to serve at a high level

Show up ready to win

Follow step-by-step training and mentoring

Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all leads

Work with buyer and seller clients whom we are already working with, and help them reach their goals

The best training and technology in the industry

Work with buyers and sellers looking to buy or sell real estate

Responsible for calling back pre-qualified leads who have contacted us regarding buying or selling real estate (We have more leads than we can handle)

Learn high-level marketing and sales ability while earning along the way

Qualifications :

Previous sales experience is a plus

Commitment to excellence

You have a deep desire to succeed

You work well in a self-directed manner and also are a very good team player
