Job Description :
Blake Willson Group is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal contracting office by providing expert guidance and administrative support across the acquisition lifecycle. This role will focus on driving pre-award and post-award contracting activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in federal acquisition processes, contract management, and administrative functions within a contracting office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the contracting office, offering expert-level guidance on acquisition processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the contracting office, ensuring documentation, records management, and reporting requirements are met.
- Support pre-award activities, including requirements development, drafting acquisition packages, conducting market research, preparing cost estimates, and supporting source selection processes.
- Support post-award contract administration, including performance monitoring, invoice processing, contract modifications, and ensuring contractor compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor financial performance, track contract deliverables, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining acquisition workflows and enhancing compliance with FAR, AGAR, and other federal acquisition regulations.
- Contribute to growth efforts by identifying opportunities for contract expansion and supporting strategic initiatives within the acquisition space.

Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
