Blake Willson Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – Financial Acquisition Analyst to support a variety of critical financial operations tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial reporting, invoicing, contract tracking, and process improvements. This position will involve working across multiple financial systems, conducting audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Key responsibilities include :
- Completing quality assurance, formatting, system uploads, and providing payment confirmations.
- Maintaining invoicing records and funding documentation for contracts.
- Managing fund tracking measures for contracts and ensuring compliance with funding allocations.
- Analyzing financial documents, identifying discrepancies, and communicating noted inconsistencies.
- Assisting with funding modifications through Usage and Balance reports.
- Completing requested reports for Contract Officers and Contract Officer Representatives to track contract status and funding.
- Navigating financial systems such as FMMI, Sagent, Oracle Studio to generate reports and maintain templates.
- Performing financial and system of record research to resolve invoice discrepancies and verify contract work.
- Completing internal and agency audits of contract usage, funding, and status to ensure compliance.
- Collaborating with departments on technology projects and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Analyzing and communicating data metrics to stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, funding estimations, and reconciliations.
- Training new team members and staff moving into new roles on invoice preparation, reporting, account research, SharePoint utilization, and data tracking measures.
- Creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for processes to improve training and ensure uniform task completion.
- Developing templates and tools to streamline routine tasks and improve overall output quality.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to reduce errors, save time, and improve data quality.
- Coordinating team responsibilities to ensure efficiency and alignment with project goals.
- Supporting the design and development of business tools aimed at automating and streamlining key functions.

Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
