What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder/Retail Sales Associate position at Blakeley's Apparel & Gifts?
Are you frequently complimented on your fashionable style? Do you love chic apparel and gift trends? Blakeley's is looking for a hardworking, fashion-forward stylist who loves to share their knowledge of fashion, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.
The key holder would be expected to work 10-15 hours per week, depending on availability. They are responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect new outfit, picking out a sweet gift for a friend, or even a gift to treat themselves! The additional day-to-day tasks will consist of meeting a team sales goal, maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor, managing and styling merchandise, and completing transactions.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the boutique, including weekends and holidays. They must maintain a friendly work environment and be able to multitask. They must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. All candidates must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the US.
