What are the responsibilities and job description for the FACILITIES SHOP COORDINATOR position at Blakes Lotaburger?
As a Member of the Blake’s Lotaburger Facilities team, the Facilities Supervisor will provide a variety of work for the company. This position Reports directly to the VP of Facilities / Development with the following responsibilities :
As the Facilities Shop Coordinator you will be responsible for all company store maintenance, Corp building, coordinating dispatching, facilities admin, working with vendors and finding new vendors in outlying areas, Store management relationships, Store knowledge of systems and equipment, and samanage software, must be a self-starter, have great customer service skills, dependable, accountable, and have communication skills.
Previous supervisor experience is desired however we are willing to train.
Requirements :
- Basic Computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Follows all company policies.
- Follows all safety requirements of company SOP’s
- Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Knowledge of City and State Codes
- Shop Equipment repairs during the day
- Vendor relationships
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
