Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Support residents in engaging with peers and participating in community activities.
- Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being.
- Assist with behavior management techniques as needed to promote a positive living environment.
- Assist residents as necessary to ensure their comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to upholding them.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and their families.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting residents safely.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably.
- Understanding of behavior management techniques is beneficial but not required.
