Medicare Wellness Scheduler/ Pop. Health Coordinator

The Medicare Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling and coordination of Medicare and Medicare Advantage wellness visits, as well as other ancillary services. This position involves updating insurance information, verifying insurance eligibility, and responding to scheduling requests from patients. Additionally, the role involves checking charges to ensure appropriate CPT codes are selected and billed. Cross-training on Transition Care Management duties for coverage purposes is also required.
