Proven experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Compensation
This position is eligible for year-round salary.
Responsibilities
- System Start-Ups
- Monthly System Checks
- System Repairs - as needed
- System Winterization
- Upsells
- Irrigation Inventory Catalog and maintenance
- Training sessions and procesess
- Update and create Irrigation System maps and service schedule
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working independently but with a supervisor to bounce ideas and issues with
- Using technology and computer applications such as LMN and Slack
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of irrigation installation and service experience
- Familiar with Rainbird and Hunter systems as well as Rain Water Harvest systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well without supervision
- Interest in sustainable landscape and gardening practices
- Familiarity with or interest in learning the technology and computer applications we use (LMN and Slack)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
