Job Responsibilities
Landscaping responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist Crew Leaders on all aspects of landscape grounds management services.
- Digging, planting, raking, watering, and cleaning of landscapes.
- Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.
- Collect company-owned equipment and tools at the end of the day.
- May be asked to help in other divisions, such as installation or floriculture, as needed.
- May be asked to help with snow removal in winter months.
Safe operation of the following landscaping equipment :
Commercial Equipment Operation
Push Mowers, Walk-Behind Mowers, Zero Turn Stand on Mowers, and Zero Turn Riding Mowers,
Tillers, Aerators, Seeders.
Commercial Hand Tools
Weed Eaters, Edgers, Combi Units, Chainsaws, Hedge Trimmers, Backpack Blowers, Backpack Sprayers
Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes, and pruning tools.
