The Dallas office of Blank Rome LLP has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with at least 5-8 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, particularly in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge is preferred but not required. This associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. IP&T Associate
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Trusts & Estates Associate with at least 3-5 years of experience. Candidates can be based out of our New York or Philadelphia offices. Candidates must have in-depth, broad-based experience in estate planning and estate administration, with some litigation experience preferred. An LLM in Tax is strongly preferred as well. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, have outstanding academic and professional credentials, and be admitted to practice in New York and / or Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will have an opportunity for significant professional growth and client contact.
The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $250,000 - $330,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Multiple Offices - Patent Agent / Patent Attorney (Chemistry)
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with at least 2-4 years of experience to support the Firm's patent prosecution practice to assist the Firm's clients in protecting their technology. Candidates can be based out of our New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. offices. Successful candidates will possess a Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field. The Patent Agent or Patent Attorney will draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as support due diligence. Candidates must be registered to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, be Patent Bar eligible, and, if appropriate, licensed to practice law in their respective state. Candidates must have strong time management skills and be able to meet and manage internal and client-driven deadlines with assignments coming from multiple partners and clients. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, writing skills, and analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
