What to Expect in This Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Phalcon Engineer with deep expertise in PHP and SQL to join our team. In this role, you will develop and optimize high-performance applications, ensuring scalability and reliability across our platforms. You will work with modern technologies such as Postgres and AMQ , contributing to cutting-edge fintech solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have opportunities to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using PHP with a focus on the Phalcon framework.
• Optimize database queries and manage efficient workflows with Postgres and SQL .
• Implement messaging and integration solutions using AMQ .
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions that meet performance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues to ensure system reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and guidance on best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, leveraging new technologies to improve processes and solutions.
