HVAC Install Helper Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates progress in system and process mastery
- Completes assigned installation tasks to meet quality specifications
- Utilizes and executes service systems
- Progressively pursues skills to obtain the level of Installation Mechanic
- With additional duties based on the needs of the company
What You'll Need:
- 3 years clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
Physical Demands/Working Conditions: To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk. The employee must frequently reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs. and up. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons. The role involves continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with clients, vendors, co-workers, and others is required.
