- Pay: $90,000 - $115,000, plus bonuses
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, On Call Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, transforming good technicians into A players
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Drive key metrics and exceed performance goals
- Conduct coaching, ride-alongs, and team meetings to foster growth and accountability
- Follow and enforce service system processes to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure proper documentation of materials, call details, and outcomes
- Meet company needs with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
- 3-4 years of management experience in home services (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
- Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
- EPA Certification
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying conditions, including crawl spaces and outdoor environments
- Effective communication and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
