We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food management.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, including coffee and bar services, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate catering services for events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in casual dining or hotel settings.
- Strong background in food management practices with an emphasis on quality control.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating positive dining experiences.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and bar operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
