Deli Department Lead

As a key member of our retail Convenience Store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the deli department. This includes leading staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the deli area, including stocking products and preparing deli trays.
2. Ensuring compliance with USDA and Michigan Department of Agriculture rules, regulations, and standards for the deli department.
3. Assisting with deliveries to ensure product receipt in good condition and proper storage.
4. Maintaining accurate records of deli inventory, spoilage, write-offs, and operational data.
5. Providing excellent customer service by processing requests accurately and efficiently.
