Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with tax and accounting reporting requirements for assigned clients.
Maintain and improve internal accounting protocols and processes.
Provide monthly reports to management, summarizing account activities.
Identify potential issues and recommend / implement corrective actions.
Professionally communicate updates and advice to clients.
Take accountability for missed tasks that may affect client confidence or result in penalties.
Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes within the accounting department.
Perform fieldwork as necessary for client engagements.
Stay current on industry trends, policies, and regulations.
Collaborate effectively with team members and promote company values and culture.
Handle multiple tasks under pressure without compromising quality.
Supervise or lead projects as needed.
Requirements :
Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, including internal processes and compliance.
Flexibility in managing fieldwork and compliance across various industries.
Eagerness to stay updated on laws, rules, and regulations.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable with manual accounting processes.
Solutions-oriented mindset.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
Experience in or familiarity with BPO solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
