Blast Barber Studio is seeking talented and professional Barber Stylists with a barber license or cosmetologist licenseto join our dynamic team at our Greensboro and Burlington locations. Whether you're an experienced stylist looking for booth rental flexibility or prefer a tiered commission structure, we have options to fit your goals. New graduates and those about to graduate are also encouraged to apply—we’re here to support your growth!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in barbering and cosmetology.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
• Promote additional services and upsell where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Valid Barber License or Cosmetologist License (or about to graduate from a licensed program).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about barbering and styling with a creative approach.
• Motivated to grow your clientele and enhance your skills.
