Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and catering to guest needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
