Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage inventory by tracking drink supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is highly desirable, especially in nightclub or fine dining settings.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.50 - $30.00 per hour
