Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or other systems as required.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, upselling specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate billing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $16.50 - $23.00 per hour
