About the Role :
The 2nd Shift Crane Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes within our facility in West Allis. This position is responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning materials and equipment as per project specifications, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. The operator will work closely with team members to coordinate movements and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. By maintaining equipment and performing routine inspections, the operator helps to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Crane Operator's work is vital in supporting our production goals and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid crane operator certification or license.
- Proven experience operating cranes in an industrial setting.
