About the Role :
The 2nd Shift - Truck Loader plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that large assemblies are accurately loaded onto trucks for distribution. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of goods from the production floor to the shipping department, thereby supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols while handling heavy materials, ensuring that all loads are secure and compliant with transportation regulations. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role involves verifying the accuracy of shipments and maintaining records of loaded items. Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate loading equipment safely.
