About the Role :
The 2nd Shift - Parts Puller plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that the correct parts are efficiently retrieved and prepared for assembly. This position is essential for maintaining production schedules and minimizing downtime, directly impacting the overall productivity of the facility. The Parts Puller will work closely to assist the assembly team to understand their needs and ensure that all required components are available in a timely manner. Attention to detail and organizational skills are vital, as the role involves managing inventory and ensuring accuracy in part selection. Ultimately, the success of this position contributes to the seamless operation of the manufacturing line and the quality of the final products.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Valid fork truck operator certification.
